Senior Receptionist & Orthodontic waiting list manager
Tracey is our Senior Practice Receptionist, and has been a part of the Dental Health and Implant Centre team since 2004.
Known for her excellent customer service skills and “fountain of knowledge,” Tracey is the first point of contact for patients and manages their journey from referral to final visit. She is also responsible for helping patients decide on treatment and discussing patient plans and finance. Tracey is highly valued for her professionalism, efficiency, and sense of humor.
In her personal life, she is married with two grown children and enjoys gardening and spending time with her granddaughter.
