Dr Theodoros Gkomozias (Theo) graduated in 2015 from the University of Athens in Greece.
Theo had been an undergraduate teaching assistant in the Department of Operative and Restorative Dentistry of the University of Athens. He was involved in the undergraduate training of fellow younger dental students.
Back in Greece he started his own Private dental practice in November of 2015.
Moreover, he was a Ph.D. candidate in Oral Medicine at the Medical School of the University of Athens. During those years, he gained valuable experience in Oral Medicine and Oral Cancer while working at the Andreas Syggros Hospital of Venereal & Dermatological Diseases. Whereby he was part of the team delivering oral medicine clinics for three years.
He has attended National (Greek) and International Dental Congresses in Rome, Paris, Belgrade and Bucharest. In some of them, he presented clinical cases and literature reviews on various dental topics.
In January 2017 he decided to move to the UK, and he has been working in Lincolnshire since then.
Theo has an interest in Invisalign, Cosmetic Restorative Dentistry, Oral Medicine and he recently completed his Postgraduate Certificate (Level 1) in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and BioClear Level 1 & 2 Composite Method from the Dominic Hassall Training Institute. Currently, he is carrying on his training for a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry (Level 2).
Outside of dentistry Theo enjoys photography, travelling, tennis, cycling, and spending time with his family.
