If you are a patient of our practice and
have a problem during normal surgery opening hours ,
please telephone the practice on 01476 594480 as early
as possible and give the receptionist details of your
emergency to enable them to prioritise your requirements.
We will schedule you an appointment on a priority basis.
Should you be unfortunate enough to suffer
severe dental emergency, we would normally expect to
offer you a consultation on the same day, but in any
case within 24 hours.
Out of surgery hours
Please follow our guidance for emergency
arrangements during evenings, weekends and bank holidays
by calling 01476 594480. Have a pen handy as you
will be given the name and contact number of the on
call centre or dentist. At weekends and bank holidays
this may mean visiting another dentist at another practice.
Not registered at our practice?
During surgery hours you may try contacting
our receptionists on 01476 594480 and we will try to
schedule you an urgent appointment. However priority
is given to current registered patients of the practice
first.
