We take every precaution to safeguard our
patients and staff whilst at our practice. We follow
current guidelines related to health and safety which
covers COSHH and X-Rays.
Procedures within the practice comply with
current best practice guidelines as advised by the BDA
regarding cross infection control. In a
time of ever more rapid changes continuing postgraduate
development is more important than ever to keep abreast
of changes in dentistry. The whole team
undertake continued training and both Dr Sutton and
Dr Allen regularly undertake postgraduate education
in excess of the requirements of the General Dental
Council.
Clinical governance refers to a range of
activities and systems that ensure the practice delivers
a consistently high quality of treatment and service
to patients. At The Dental Health Centre we have
embraced clinical governance as an ongoing process.
Every effort is made within the practice to ensure that
patients are happy with every aspect of their treatment
and our service.
In the event of you being unhappy with any
aspect of the treatment or service you have received
we have an in house complaints procedure. We take complaints
very seriously and respond in a caring and sensitive
manner. In addition to responding to a complaint
we take the opportunity to make any improvements in
our systems so that we may better serve you in the future.
A copy of the complaints procedure is available from
the practice.
